Prior to establishing his current practice, he was a partner with Wong Fleming, PC, a national firm with headquarters in Princeton, New Jersey. Han-Hsien Tuan is a past director of the nonprofit corporation, Immigrant Social Services, Inc., which has served the needs of the Lower East Side immigrant community.
